最近體重很莫名其妙少了2公斤
不過明明我的飲食內容沒多大改變
了不起就是肉類少吃了一點........
最近看了一下小7的牛肉乾
30公克100大卡
而且有豐富的蛋白質
脂肪也低
每天吃個60公克補充一下蛋白質看起來還蠻理想的
不過牛肉乾的調味還蠻重的
吃多了不曉得對身體好不好?
還是多吃一點茶葉蛋更好?
