大家好
之前去量INBODY 基代大概1700
工作型態多半久坐 TDEE大概2100左右
平常是會運動 重訓為主 有氧為輔
有氧器材大概會有個消耗熱量的參考值
重訓就沒有
這樣要如何知道今天製造的熱量缺口呢?
還是乾脆都吃到2100左右 維持平常的運動強度呢
