甲亢肩頸疼痛運動方式 - 健身

大家好,我的甲亢已多年纏身,(女,33歲)
去年狀況較穩定時,每晚飯後會跳zumba運動。
跳了一年多,本來很習慣飯後跳舞,
因為停藥後沒注意到跳太大力,
心跳加速過快導致甲亢復發開始重新吃藥。
目前我的肩頸幾乎整天都處於疼痛的狀態,
不知道是不是因為甲亢復發引起的疼痛,
(還沒回去問醫生)
本來以為是落枕,但是不躺枕頭也沒有恢復。
想請教大家,我想維持飯後運動習慣,
可是跳zumba現在只能輕輕揮舞無法出力,
嘗試過瑜珈,出力時肩頸會更加疼痛,
但也許會讓肩頸疼痛復原?
不知道做瑜珈適不適合?
或是有其他更好的運動方式?
