版上大大你們好~手機排版請見諒,如題,小弟有個朋友,原本就有運動慢跑的習慣,
一個禮拜做一次tabata,可是最近被診斷出有甲狀腺機能亢進,因為這個病好像容易引發
心血管疾病,所以很多運動應該是要減少做了....
可是她又想要重訓來健身,請問有什麼方法嗎?
真的很苦惱...請問板上大大能給點建議嗎?
