其他:香蕉1根or蘋果1顆
日常作息時間:朝八晚五,睡覺7小時
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每天
走路80分鐘
游泳50分鐘(自由式)or單車50分鐘
我的問題:這樣的生活模式持續了一個半月,
體重還差點不減反增,
也有人覺得我變胖了,
之前不穩定的生活運動少吃得多反而還比較瘦,
到底是怎麼了?
