我這幾天都在中壢的亞健康慢跑和重訓
為的就是能夠達到目標
伏地挺身達到50下+引體向上10下+慢跑1600up
仰臥起坐50下我OK 所以不特別練習
因為快當兵了...
先說我的身材好了 我175 93kg 胖
至於肌肉嘛 我覺得是有 因為我打工都是搬貨..
但是肥油更多
所以我伏地挺身一下就是90KG的身體在晃動 囧
所以只能二十下左右 還是不標準的姿勢

我個人認為 斜方 與背肌 還算可以
大腿部分 也算可以 (要撐住90KG的重量 腿力每天都練的到)
只有上圍部份 胸肌 三頭 三角 都超沒力
所以為了達到 伏地挺身 引體向上
照著置底的狂操板重訓菜單 學著做
但是我慢跑是每天都30分鐘以上 心跳盡量達到160左右
目的是
增加肌肉以撐住大重量 減少脂肪來減輕重量
由於我新手 老實說力量有沒有出對也不知道
只能盡量照著 鐵克&黃教練的書 來練習
(說到這又悶 因為亞健康的設備跟圖解的照片不盡相同)
(我都不太清楚 哪個設備可以練哪群)
然後今天 我遇到現憲兵軍官 不知退役否
他是跟我建議 (單就引體向上)我這樣練 比較沒實質幫助
因為引體向上 我以為是 二頭+胸肌在用力
所以我特別注重 二頭+胸肌
他是認為 每天去拉真的單槓 拉不上去沒關係
硬撐著也有出到力
如果有朋友幫補 就從下方幫我身體往上抬
讓我知道 身體是如何出力來達到引體向上
讓那些出力群能夠達到練大的效果
而伏地挺身也是 每天練習固定組數來增加出力群的肌肉
然後 有氧運動來燃脂減重
我個人認為他說的很有道理
所以有想把重訓擺一旁 直接照著他的菜單+有氧 來練習
但又怕弄巧成拙
所以來聽聽板上神人的建議囉!!
