基礎代謝:1956
三餐內容
早餐: 1.平常上班 好事多貝果X2 or 烤全麥土司三片
2.便當(晚上留下來的)
午餐: 學校營養午餐 二樣菜 白飯
晚餐: 奶昔(某NxSxxx)(220大卡) +芭樂X1
日常作息時間:六點起床 晚上十點睡覺
生活型態:學校替代役
運動習慣: 1.每天都會跑操場 大概都抓10首歌的時間 所以差不多30~50分鐘
2.周末會跑跨海大橋 大約是50分鐘跑7KM
我的問題: 2月中 109kg 體脂率32%
當兵受訓的時候因為沒得運動,整個又胖起來
想來請益一下,現在的菜單和運動量
希望在退伍前可以再瘦10kg,還有100天
晚上代餐希望可以慢慢地減少,恢復正常飲食
趁當兵時間多,把身型調整到最fit
冬天逆著10級陣風跑步還真是非常有挑戰性
