本魯這幾天歷經了腸胃炎的摧殘
短短兩天體重掉了快兩公斤(或許是脫水的好辦法?
看了醫生也吃了藥 似乎沒甚麼好轉
手無縛雞之力 更遑論進健身房練了(現在大概10-20分鐘要跑一次廁所
這幾天飲食清淡 雖然知道腸胃炎不好分解蛋白質會造成腹瀉
沒辦法鍛鍊但也還是得維持養分啊
腹脹加上沒有食慾 只吃了少許碳水及蛋白質
第一餐:白吐司+水煮雞胸肉 = 烙賽
第二餐:白吐司+牛奶 = 烙賽
第三餐:白吐司+豆漿 = 烙賽
第四餐:白吐司+一匙MP巧克力餅乾 = 烙賽
第五餐白飯+水煮雞胸肉 (難道問題出在白吐司?
結果還是拉
好了 經過了一天的實驗 決定放棄蛋白質攝取
一整天只有吃白吐司加開水還有飯後一包藥
除了在打LOL時大殺特殺外 就在馬桶上大拉特拉
甚怒之下晚餐怒吃了一份雙牛排餐 於是乎在馬桶上完成了這篇廢文
因此小魯在這想請教各位巨巨
腸胃炎期間巨巨們是怎麼安排訓練及飲食的
是直接放棄好好休養呢 還是獨到的見解
