痠痛的解決方法 - 健身

我的痠痛問題有點不太一樣。
在開始重訓以前,就會下背跟肩膀痠痛的問題(久坐加上電腦),
以為重訓之後可以改善,沒想到痠痛還是持續(而且還加上其他部位的痠痛)。
例如我昨天拉背,今天就感覺背部某個點,按下去超痠超痠。
我重訓後會做一點拉筋動作,大概5分鐘,但是好像也沒好轉。
在沒重訓以前,痠痛就是偶爾會復發一下。開始重訓後,每天都是在痠痛狀態啊!
所以我想買狼牙棒,例如這款:

深層狼牙棒,可是這一支就要1600,好貴。
使用狼牙棒有效嗎?還是各位有其他解決的辦法呢?
