瘦下來沒有腹肌 - 健身

小弟原本的看起來是瘦子,但是肚子很大,
感覺不是很健康,肝指數高一點(不確定是否是脂肪肝),
因此從去年十月開始,
實施每週四至五次的40分鐘慢跑,
三餐正常吃,沒有刻意節食,
跑了五個多月之後,身形有一點改變,
臉跟肚子都消了,
肋骨跟劍突卻若隱若現,
到今年三月醫院檢查時,
身高161公分體重48公斤,
有人說腹肌瘦就有了,
但是我每週仰臥起坐三次,各30下,
卻看不出來有什麼腹肌,
頂多馬甲線有出來,
還是說不夠瘦?
