我現在身高159,體重73,體脂38%。
開始運動大約三個月,這三個月都是維持每週兩次的重訓(其中一次是上課),然後有氧
則是看心情(大概一個月三次吧)。體重只掉了三公斤,體脂完全沒掉!!
飲食部分則是戒含糖飲料,炸物,其餘正常三餐,早餐漢堡+無糖拿鐵,午餐跟晚餐都是
便當,丼飯,河粉等「正常一份」餐點,另外會補充些堅果或水果。假日則偶爾吃套餐類
好一點。
請問大家是否是因為吃的太多或是有氧太少才瘦不下來呢?還有我雖然體脂沒變,但是有
感覺身材比較緊實,這也算是稍微值得安慰一點,以上請求大家意見,謝謝
