我對於「一開始身體會先排水」有疑問@@
運動是做功,根據能量不滅,做功出去身體就要消耗能量,可是水是不含能量的
然後15分鐘後才開始消耗醣類,那15分鐘之前的能量來源是什麼?
還請各位解惑>"<
