減肥體重達目標後,該如何維持? - 減肥

維持不是指復胖 而是希望體重不要一直往下掉
因為覺得太瘦不好看
先前減肥參考了版娘及各位版友的建議及心得下去執行
也略有成效,兩個多月減了五、六公斤 (體脂率都在22~24左右)
飲食上也都大約控制在基代再多200~300卡
希望在達到目標之後可以維持在一定的體重範圍
然後持續地運動及練肌肉
可是感覺照目前的方式一天大約一小時重訓加上半小時以上的有氧
似乎體重還會繼續下降
之後是否有需要做調整呢?
