常看到健身房的猛男推舉好幾十公斤
讓小弟實在有夠羨慕
先說我的身高體重大概179/59
從56增加到59
最近幾個月好像撞牆期
怎麼練都不見體重上升
想要加大磅數(推舉從10KG到15KG),不過就是心有餘而力不足
10KG大概10下 15KG一兩下就不行了
請問我該繼續10KG 還是15KG呢??
