2010年8月底結束大陸工作回到台灣~
休息了整整一個月~~
期間我媽一直叫我減肥~~搞的我很煩~~
身高:173 cm
體重:103 kg
我記得我國中體重就破百了~~
然後高中~大學都起起伏伏的~~
直到9月30號~堂弟找我一起去健身房~我心不甘情不願的跟他去
一直到今天為止~~沒去的天數最多10天~~一直變瘦運動的興趣都來了
目前體重:80kg(我一直覺得我減很快不健康)
運動方面:
"每天"固定50分鐘慢跑(速度有慢慢加快)~
重量訓練大概加一加有30分鐘左右
目前最想鍛鍊腹肌~
PS.健身房運動有電視可以看~有時候時間真的過很快!
飲食方面:
以前超愛喝的微糖飲料全部改成無糖~
早餐:饅頭蛋 OR 蛋餅 +無糖豆漿
午餐:媽媽幫我帶便當~(主要就是"油"比外面便當少很多)
通常是高麗菜 花椰菜 蒸3色蛋
COSTCO買的松阪豬肉跟杏鮑菇~用煎的(不放油煎)
還有雞胸肉用鹽巴調一下味~蒸熟
晚餐:真的雜亂無章的亂吃一通~~
有時候家裡有煮~就直接吃~但是會注意吃下去的量
運動完買一個白色饅頭+無糖豆漿~
不然就吃水果~~
動力來源:我覺得替自己找一點動力真的很好
1.這是我最大的動力之一~我爸說~減一公斤給獎金10000元
2.這輩子沒穿過牛仔褲~等瘦到標準體重~我要去買一件LEVIS來穿
3.持續變瘦~身邊就會很多鼓勵稱讚的聲音~越來越有動力
4.很想一個以結婚為前提的女朋友^^
減肥計畫:
1.目前計畫到5月底~希望可以至少再減10KG~達到70kg
2.把腹肌鍛鍊起來~把身體線條練出來~
3.一輩子保持運動習慣~維持良好身材
雜七雜八:
1.過年健身房休息了6天~在家也都正常吃飯~結果還是慢慢變瘦
可能是重訓的效果吧!
2.買一雙好一點的慢跑鞋~跑起來很舒服的~
3.該去吃"吃到飽"就去吃~~我從來沒虧待過自己~~但要適量
4.我15年好朋友每天下班約我去吃臭臭鍋我都拒絕了,因為我要去健身房
5.我可以坐在香噴噴的薑母鴨面前~面不改色~所謂的好朋友一直引誘我也沒用
6.大家都加油!!!希望都可以健康瘦身!!!
