近來訓練的感覺是
股四頭先發力撐起來後,後背鏈才出力
順序上是先鎖膝關節後再進行鎖髖的動作
看不少健力選手的影片似乎都有這樣的順序在
不知這樣的觀念正不正確
一般教學影片裡很少提及鎖關節的順序
所以想上來跟大家請益一下,尋求指點。
至於屁股的高度,以前看館長影片好像認為愈低愈好
但我認為應該是看整個力矩的結構而定,
手部的施力角度應該是能與槓垂直,緊貼著身體
此時屁股的高度應該就是最適合的高度,因每個人體結構而異
太低,身體重心也低,發力也連帶要撐起身體的重量
太高,下背會更傾斜所需承受的拉力會更大。
