減了一年八個月 就在昨天 看到二位數了
99.6
體脂肪好久沒量了 都拿皮尺
上次二位數不知道是幾年前的事了 國中就破百了
本來是個跑200就看到白光快累死的胖子 現在能跑6000+了
本來血壓超高 現在都正常了
本來一分鐘正常心跳隨便都8~90 現在不到60
從一個死胖子到現在的胖子
現在已經養成很規律的運動習慣
一個禮拜四天健身房重訓
胸 三頭
背 二頭
腿
肩
五~六天有氧
飲食.......還是很愛吃 我很懶吃東西沒再算熱量
覺得算熱量比練腿還累人 就油炸少吃
飲料不喝(這個真的有戒掉) 飲料貴死了 喝水省錢
我覺得 體適能版的減肥方式在很多人看來都不能接受
所以有人問我怎麼減 都好難跟他們溝通 說到後來都不想說了
對多數人來說電視上的教的才是健康正確的 不吃澱粉
那個不能吃這個不能吃 喝水咬菜止餓 過著跟牛羊一樣的生活
好好的生活不過 要過牲畜般的生活﹨(╯▽╰)∕
就規律的運動 不要去想體重 不要想一個月減多少多少
不要一天到晚量體重 久久踩一次(現在差不多一個禮拜量一次)
看這版一堆人一天到晚為了那零點幾在哀哀叫 還每天站上去崩潰
我光從109>99就花了快1年 這速度應該很多人會崩潰吧
減肥開心一點吧
健康很重要 現在常在想 如果當時沒減肥 我能活到幾歲呢
現在好多人都年紀輕輕就帶一堆病 各何況我們這些體重超重的
忽然猝死也都不意外
年輕不養生 長大養醫生
目標85 慢慢來 在花個1~2年也沒關係
