順便問一下各位高手,減脂時期通常都是降低碳水量造成熱量赤字,
但為何不去減少脂肪攝取呢,1g碳水4卡,1g脂肪9大卡,
怎麼樣都是降低脂肪攝取來的更有效吧~還是脂肪對人體有特殊的作用性呢
碳水能保持提供能量與傳輸讓肌肉增長,再增肌期才如此重要,那脂肪呢
還請各位巨巨幫忙解答
: 所以 減脂期實務上的做法
: 運動日攝取足夠蛋白質 維持重訓份量 減少碳水攝取
: 休息日可以考慮斷食 或是保持能量輕度負平衡的方式
: 可以去減少肌肉減損
: 今天你要想的是 如果能三個月減掉十公斤的脂肪
: 犧牲半公斤的肌肉 並不是很糟的做法
: 反過來說 你為了維持肌肉量 用一些不上不
: 肌肉非常珍貴 我相信大家都不希望流失辛苦練到的肌肉量
: 我並非提倡節食 也不是希望大家不要運動
: 只是希望大家的運動營養觀念是正確的
: 健身有得有失 訓練講究效果跟目的
: 怎麼做比較好 並非那麼絕對
: 好好做功課 可以少走很多冤枉路
