最近看到常有一些做Tabata訓練訓練的爭論
故我去把我以前查的資料跟大家分享一下
比較簡單清楚的有以下這個網站,雖然是英文但是應該很好懂

想要做Tabata訓練嗎?
我敢說地球上99%的人都做不到Tabata訓練!
我一年多前寫論文時研究過相關論文,
如果研究設計是Tabata是非常嚴謹,
執行過程中沒有測VO2Max,一定直接被編輯及reviewers退稿!
因為Tabata protocal在高強度那20秒,是要求達到170% VO2Max,
如果用測量最大心率的方法推算,
如果一個人最大心率是190/mins,
每次間歇20秒都要飆破最大心率,到達200/mins才算達到!
這是用來提升職業運動選手VO2max的方式,
不是練身體健康的,甚至可以直接說是不健康不正常的,
訓練過程是很傷心肺的!且有很高的受傷風險的!
沒有突破最大心率的訓練可以稱之為HIIT,
也是可以增加運動成績表現,但是那不是Tabata
