誰能幫我忙我現在每天早上去晨泳從5點到7點,兩個小時游2公里請問這樣子是消耗多少卡路里?晚上7點去散步半個鐘頭這樣又消耗多少卡路里然後一天食物的卡路里控制在400以下這樣我ㄧ個月能瘦10公斤嗎?需要買什麼瘦身霜嗎(有用嗎)?多喝水有用對不對?那一天至少需要多少水才夠?(喝水的時段是在?)還有晚上抬腿要多久有用?(持之以恆的話)還有我是女生然後生理期的時候要怎麼�
