BMI: 38.3
體脂率:34

三餐內容
早餐:早餐店賣的豬排蛋三明治 土司去邊 不抹沙拉醬
午餐:便當一顆 配菜3-4種(青菜佔兩種) 白飯吃一半
晚餐:自助餐 青菜會吃兩樣 肉類的話大多以魚類為主 白飯大概吃半碗
其他:飲料方面以白開水以及自己泡茶為主
日常作息時間:每天約8點10分起床
中午12點吃午餐
6點下班之後就回家
晚上12點半睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:一周慢跑兩天(三.五) 一次約1個小時(負擔很大 所以快走會比較多)
沒有跑步的日子(一.二.四)就是在家 騎X-BIKE
依據上面的數字 一個小時以內騎22公里
心跳部分的話 都在120以上
假日 可能就會排個一天 騎腳踏車出門走走 不限定騎多遠或多快
就是逼自己出門
我的問題:看很多文章再說基礎代謝的問題
可是在外上班的人 每天的熱量 好像都不是很能做好控管
每天吃小7的東西 花費又太大
之前有NU SKIN的業務幫我做過檢查
作出來的檢查是2300大卡 所以想請板上的先進們
可以針對我的三餐給我點意見嗎?
