睡前補充酪蛋白 - 健身

有稍微爬了一下文,有些討論不過眾說紛紜。
一派論點從中醫的角度出發,
睡眠是臟器休息的時間,
睡前吃東西會增加臟器的負擔?
另一派的看法是說睡覺時有6-8小時無法補充蛋白質,
若在睡前使用酪蛋白(或進食?)有助於身體的修補與恢復。
(好像有點道理又好像是營養品公司行銷的話術)
不知道有沒有相關的研究報告(弱弱的問...)?
