睡眠與健身的取捨 - 健身

小弟原本目標是一個禮拜練兩次胸背腿六天
但無奈生活還是要顧
有時加班再去健身房實在太晚
導致睡眠不夠(六小時或低於)
隔天再練時肌肉感受度明顯不足。
請教各位巨巨
在一個禮拜至少練三天的情況下
應該怎麼才能最大化訓練肌肥大?
1. 睡飽,強制睡眠八小時,保持最少去三天
2. 動滿,一樣是動六天,睡六小
3. 折衷,加班的話回家做做徒手,睡七小
4. 噴錢,打造home gym(但家裡太小…)
