想請教 時常睡覺姿勢
不管側睡或仰睡 最終的結果一定是有一方痠痛
側睡是肩膀會痠痛
仰睡是肩頰骨下方痠痛(豎脊肌?)或是臀中肌或骨盆周圍痠痛
沒一天有睡過好覺的.....
個人有在小健身 可是相較周邊的沒在健身的同事
一天座椅子8小時下
肌肉容易緊繃和痠痛 沒在健身的同事好像不會有這困擾?
白天還好...但很容易在睡覺時反應疼痛
是因為肌肉太弱的關係嗎?
巨巨不會有日常生活 肌肉痠痛的困擾嗎?
