說暌違五年
是因為上次運動超過半小時
已經是五年前大學時期
今天想說來去挑戰極限
先設定一小時(板娘建議一開始先30分鐘 但我想挑戰看看 如下)
早上終於拿到網拍買的運動褲了
興奮地喝了無糖豆漿+嗑了饅頭蛋後
就換上運動服帶了毛巾
以及一瓶2200ml的水
前往南港運動中心了
從來沒去過學校以外健身房的我
一開始就盲從不知所措
先是進入地下機車停車場
夭壽喔 雖然免費
但下坡道怎麼這麼細這麼彎
老實講挺危險的
不過很快就下到停車場
停好車後就上健身房
先把包包放置物櫃後
就趕緊進入健身中心櫃台了
一進去先買了一條毛巾(擦器材用)
要掏錢購買
櫃台說:要去1F 服務台買
瞬間覺得好糗
很快到櫃檯掏出100後
想說先買1小時
結果他找我50
我記得官網寫半小時50
現在難道有優惠嗎
就不管它了
趕快運動去了
一進去先問櫃台的男生
PS.櫃台有一男一女(想說男生比較懂)
他建議我很久沒運動的
可以先做 滑步機
他說比踏步機還要輕鬆 可以先嘗試
我當下就去了
只是板娘建議一開始
要做心跳130/m左右的運動
起初踩起來滿有勁的
但看著心跳數一直飆高
直到平均16x-17x跑
驚覺怎麼這麼高
這樣正常嗎
一直划到12分鐘左右 開始緩步了
心跳數值甚至掉到100左右 怪怪的
然後有一點喘不太過來
大約做到15分鐘 就先下來了
結果運動中還好
一下滑步機 有一種暈眩感
但還好 停下來一會兒就好了
隨即我又去問了櫃檯
他說可以去踩腳踏車
所以我又馬上去踩了
腳踏車我是用了
1234123一共四循環 約30分鐘
心跳值約13x-14x(比較符合板娘說的)
算是緩和運動吧
殊不知下腳踏車
竟然也有微微的不適感
但這次更輕微
很快的我就看上跑步機
趕快又去櫃檯問那位帥哥
跑步機怎麼用啊
我需要快走的功能
他跟我講SPEED 4以下都算用走的
一開始他先設3.5給我
說我習慣後可以往上加
想當然 我這麼年輕
3.5根本不看在眼裡
然後看著隔壁都8.x再跑
我就想往上加看看
一直加到4.5 覺得
嗯!這個好像不錯
而且心跳值才在11x-12x
應該不算太激烈
就這樣又跑了12分鐘
想說今天就這樣吧
明天繼續
結果不知怎麼著
一按下STOP
下了跑步機 開始有嚴重不適感
經過重訓區往出口走去
甚至有一種要倒的感覺
趕緊停下來 喝兩口水 深呼吸幾次
終於 不適感開始減輕
才敢離開健身中心
為什麼會突然這樣呢
明明快走時 感覺都還好啊
遇到這種情況 該做什麼處理呢
我還真不想上電視> <
PS.台北各區有這種健身中心真好
收費低廉
男女老少都會來運動
有時想想台北福利真是不錯
而且運動過程還提供好幾台視是讓你看
光是跑步機那排就有10台
你的視野可以同時看三台
腳踏車前面也有ESPEN、緯來體育可以看
其實不會很無聊
明天再來繼續囉
運動強健身體 真是爽快 洗澡去囉
