請問穿運動內衣運動會不妥嗎 - 健身

我大概是從二月時開始運動的,那時天氣都很涼爽(在家旁邊的公園跑)
然後近期這兩個月比較常去學校和社區活動中心健身房跑步運動
我發現怎麼跑步機好像都會放在窗邊(特別熱~但是景色特別好)
隨著天氣慢慢轉熱,我從薄外套開始一件一件脫,現在幾乎都穿短袖T掛條毛巾和短褲
但自從我買入愛X排運動褲之後~~那種快乾的材質~~~
開始帶領我進入〝運動布料〞的世界~~~~
畢竟幾乎每天都運動,運動完就要洗,所以快乾比較方便
所以最近一直逛運動用品店找尋適合的短褲、長褲、運動內衣
其實我從高中開始突然有個障礙就是不敢露身體,一年四季都穿長袖!!(不誇張)
頂多七分袖,不然就會讓我極度不自在....
也開始不敢游泳了(明明我從幼稚園就學游泳瘋狂游到國中)...因為我不敢穿泳衣
自從二月開始運動之後,可能覺得自己有瘦了,也有可能是在健身房的鏡子中
慢慢培養出勇氣,其實這個障礙嚴重影響我,連我最好的朋友也常看不下去
但從上禮拜開始,內衣外投會再加件挖坑的無袖背心配長褲!
可能有條毛巾批著,讓我比較自在些....
但這真的真的是我人生的一大步!!!(體適能版不只改變我外表,也改變我心裡!)
然後我買了幾件運動內衣,就像YOUTUBE很多教學影片一樣的女教練穿著
那種運動內衣!
我想請問大家平時去健身房或運動時,女生醬子單穿運動背心會很奇怪嗎?
這樣子的女生多嗎?
其實主要我是認為買了那運動內衣看起來就是背心,不需要再罩一件TSHIRT不然好熱
但我很擔心嚇到其他人....不是說我自認為會引起注意
我真的擔心會有礙觀瞻,所以想問問大家的想法!
給我點意見!
如果有需要我可以PO運動內衣的款式,或者我搭配的樣子給大家看
