早餐:早餐店培根蛋吐司+統一低糖高纖豆漿
很餓的時候多買一個草莓吐司
午餐:一到五在辦公室搭伙~大約自助餐飯一碗.兩份青菜一份魚一份肉一份水果
水果通常是芭樂/鳳梨
晚餐:一到四因為不方便外出~早上會先買好7-11的東西大月五點微波來吃
會買一份主食搭配優酪乳或優格或零卡果凍
常買的有豬肉熟水餃.義大利麵.廣東粥.
星期五六日晚上也都正常
小吃店麵+一份燙青菜+一碗湯OR一個雞腿便當
其他:目前已戒掉消夜~很餓就喝麥片但一個月大概不到三次
一到兩周有一個晚上會想吃鹽酥雞配啤酒大約買兩瓶金牌
鹽酥雞一百以內
日常作息時間:六點起床晨間運動八點吃早餐
中餐大約十一點半吃~晚餐五點吃~
日到四大約十一點睡覺
五六大約兩點
生活型態:正常
運動習慣:早上六點走跑三千公尺 心跳約140(沒下雨就去)
晚上七點跳鄭多燕第一篇(一周約三次)
假日有時會騎腳踏車來回約七十公里(一個月兩次)心跳約140
我的問題:想要瘦得再快一點
四月時大約96公斤
過了兩個月只瘦四公斤
有點挫折才去康是美量了體脂肪等數據上來請教
朋友說我這體重應該可以瘦很快
請大家看看飲食有哪邊需要調整
這兩個月我只吃過一次燒烤一次古拉爵
其他幾乎都很少吃大魚大肉
