短時間高強度的間歇性運動 - 健身

大家好
常常在YT上可以看到一些X分鐘內消脂的全身性運動
像是HIIT、TABATA、Cardio這些運動都是強調短時間但高強度的間歇運動
但我記得有氧運動能開始消耗脂肪不是需要30分鐘以上後才開始真正會消耗到脂肪
30分鐘以內排掉的都是汗水?
那這樣這些間歇性運動真的可以達到消耗脂肪的效果嗎?
一點疑問 希望大家可以解答
