硬舉"正反握"需要常常換手嗎? - 健身

如題~~小弟最近已經開始嘗試不要用拉力帶去拉大重量
目前體重約70KG
硬舉PR落在205KG 不用拉力帶則是下降到190KG左右
目前做組數還是會用拉力帶 做個三組後 後面才拔掉拉力帶 用正反握
目前都是右手正握 左手反握
想問需要偶而換邊嗎? 會不會有啥不良影響XD?
另外勾握有嘗試過 但是真的他媽的超痛啊
請問這個有沒有什麼技巧不要這麼痛?
