想請問大家一個問題
小弟深蹲的動作除了深蹲下背會自然坳 硬舉完全打直核心吃的比較多之外沒什麼差別
為什麼做深蹲沒有下背打直卻不會受傷呢
最近把重量往上拉 又開始練腿的時候想吐不舒服 好難過啊啊啊
