小弟練習硬舉大概5個月
平常大多自己練,今天剛好有朋友一起來
請他幫忙錄影
但我自己看姿勢覺得背的下半部好像是彎的沒有挺直
是我屁股在往下蹲時坐的不夠下去嗎?
