想跟各位討教一下我的硬舉姿勢
目前有以下幾個問題
1.我的姿勢有錯誤的地方嗎?
2.我發覺我在要把槓鈴從地上舉起到膝蓋這段感覺最吃力,是正常的嗎?
3.槓鈴經過膝蓋上方時,脛骨有往前然後再伸直,這樣是不是錯誤的?該如何避免?
