硬舉姿勢討鞭 - 健身

大家好我是最近半年開始健身的小弱雞
練硬舉一段時間
但是自己常常感覺臗跟大腿的動作不太連貫
腿前側的力量有點跟不太上
感覺是啟動有些問題
最近拉日熱身完第一個動作先硬舉
然後慢慢遞增到用90公斤做組一組8下
大約是三下的80趴重量
因為怕受傷比較少拉五下以下的重量
請大家替我看看姿勢該怎麼修正
以及是否有推薦可以補強的輔助訓練
