硬舉姿勢請益 - 健身

想請教版上各位巨巨關於硬舉的姿勢,
因為想繼續增加重量,但擔心隨重量增加後身體受傷的風險也提高,
因此在繼續加重前拍了70kg、100kg(均為含槓重)的硬舉影片,

麻煩版上高手們指點應改正的姿勢。
目前自己會注意的細節是:
1. 槓鈴應直上直下
2. 挺胸夾背不聳肩
3. 槓鈴置於約腳板的中心
4. 用推的不是用拉的(還在抓感覺)
做的當下身體的感受是股二頭、臀大肌有明顯的緊繃感、
下背會微痠(70還好、100較有感);隔天股二頭、臀大肌會微痠。
