硬舉用長襪或小腿保護套 - 健身

大家好 最近跟大家一樣開始做硬舉
脛骨很貼槓 每次硬舉都磨的小腿破皮
這樣下去也不是辦法 我小腿又一堆脂肪 最寬部分周長有45公分
請問大家有推薦的長襪或保護套嗎? 希望不要太容易彈性疲乏
