若光是增加重訓的次數 體脂肪比率會降嗎 - 健身

我本身體脂肪大概是20% 我有固定慢跑
但是我很懶 有時跑不到30分鐘就停了
最近在想,如果增加重訓的次數會不會減少體脂肪在身體的比率
因為我認為重訓有助於肌肉之生成,
相對地 整體肌肉增加 也就是說體脂肪的比例會降低才是??
