一直在橋姿勢中

又不好像做不太來
頂多就是做成中&右之間
但是往往都會變成直腿硬舉 =_=
然後核心下背快吐血 OTZ
後來聽從建議
建議試著再蹲一點 類似左圖
感覺有比較好一點
臀有吃到重量 核心也有 下背負擔好像也輕了
不過這樣蹲低一點(像左圖)
倒是O不OK阿?@@
是說過膝後
用臀大肌推槓鈴這動作真的有難
感覺到現在還是用背拉比較多 OTZ
