小弟規律重訓時間大約7個月左右
覺得訓練強度還算可以
臥推65KG大約十下左右沒力
核心的話都找各種腹肌訓練ABS啊影片等等
不好意思 沒有完整列出菜單
我比較想問的是偏重飲食方面
小弟自認食量還算大
每天一定都會吃很多肉(雞牛豬羊)
超級肉控&兩杯豆漿
在假設訓練量夠的情況下
感覺還是長不太出肉來 尤其是胸部QQ
我的問題是
難道飲食一定要控制精準?
減少油糖酯類?
如果多方面攝取足夠營養
在不考慮減脂的狀況下
肌肉應該會長大吧?
因為我的觀念裏面 控制飲食應該只是為了線條?
因為我想先讓肌肉長大
再去做減脂的有氧
所以不忌口+重訓
到底能不能讓肌肉變大呢?
