重量約是80 KG 是我的體重
自己覺得好像姿勢還不是很標準 槓沒有辦法很貼腳
然後做完以後肩膀接近鎖骨的凹陷處會有一些痠痛
不知道是不是肩頰後收不夠的關係
請大家小力的鞭
