各位巨巨好
小弟規律練硬舉差不多有半年多的時間
在沒有腰帶的幫助下
也是盡量把氣吸好吸滿來穩固核心
想說今天剛好有機會請朋友幫忙拍一下動作
就順便放上來請各位給些建議

然後最近開始進入撞牆期
但撞牆的是握力
每次左手都先鬆
槓一往下滑就把繭扯破有夠痛
想請問各位都是怎麼突破的
