硬舉討鞭&求推下背受傷自費診所(台北) - 健身

各位巨巨大大好,小弟算是半個新手
最近在傳統硬舉這個動作感受到進步有限
尤其下背的部分重量只要到3rm以上很容易hold不住QQ整個圓掉QQ
自己爬文&問人得到幾種建議
1、歐嗨呦、羅馬椅努力操爆下背增加核心穩定
2、降重練,時候到了核心自然會變強
3、不降重,繼續照課表跑fail了再來就好
我是採取了第三種建議,然後我就上來問物理治療診所了。
想趁這個機會順便詢問一下各位巨巨該怎麼改進才好!

拍完影片過兩個禮拜就受傷了XD
目前拍過X光,骨頭看起來沒問題,骨科醫師說韌帶受傷休兩個星期就好。
兩個星期過去的今天我跑去深蹲
然後又聽到下背 啪 了一聲 立馬嚇到丟槓
目前感覺像是閃到腰,想要盡快解決這個問題所以上來班上問問各位先進QQ
謝謝各位大大 還請推薦物理治療診所 救救我的背
