碳水循環飲食蛋白質&脂肪攝取 - 健身

各位巨巨好
新手小弟接觸重訓大約七個月,近三個月運用碳水循環飲食搭配重訓減脂
但遇到一個問題是,蛋白質以及脂肪攝取的熱量佔比
如果不是吃雞胸.牛腱或是海鮮較低脂肪的肉類
滿容易因為要攝取足夠的蛋白質及熱量,同時也會吃進較多的脂肪,
例如非牛腱.菲力的牛肉部位或是雞腿肉
想請問大家在減脂時,會特別只吃低脂肉類攝取蛋白質
還是只要吃到足夠的蛋白質量以及注意熱量赤字就好?
