從早上到現在
已經吃了七頓
(不能說吃七餐 因為包括甜點)
不過連晚餐就一定破十
雖然有氧運動多了二十分鐘
但罪惡的開端終究是開始了 hahaha
秉持著能吃就是福的論點
只好在晚上睡覺前加上瑜珈了 Orz
