上個月考期末考都沒在動
加上幾乎天天消夜 大概有90了
想說最近要開始大量有氧
之前就有想過早上剛起床時有氧不隻效率如何
早上血糖少 脂肪應該會比較容易拿來分解成養分吧
在沙灘版也有看到人這樣做
不過感覺又會很傷身體
請問版友可以這樣嗎?????
