從6月10日記錄體重體脂至今
多多少少都有降,但狀況是升升降降
我很在意體脂,所以如果體重不變而體脂降我就很開心
若體重降一點但體脂不降反升我就會有點焦躁
這陣子體脂降了一些後又會彈回去一些
我都不知道這降下來的體脂是真降還是誤差假象?
然後體重是降得比較明顯
從6月10日的170lb到昨天7月1日的160.8lb
所以我相信體重是真降了,畢竟我幾乎每天都做有氧運動
但今天體重上升到162.6lb,然後體脂比昨天多了0.6%
真的讓人火大,都控制熱量跟規律運動了,體重體脂不降就算了,還上升是?
生理期要大概過兩週才會來,難道這麼早就開始水腫?
還是我真的年紀大了,注定做老肥婆?我不要!
感覺有點剉...
