空腹與吃東西晨跑 - 健身

話說因為晚餐沒辦法早吃,所以最近把運動移到早上改成晨跑了
跑了幾次遇到的一個最大的問題就是肚子餓,倒還不是於頭昏眼
花,但是就覺得很餓然後想用力跑卻沒辦法出力,所以上網查了
好久,結果發現有人說空腹跑可以,吃東西傷身,也有人說吃東
西好,空腹傷身,還有人說一開始會餓,餓久習慣就不會餓了。
所以想請教各位長期晨跑的前輩,餓肚子的情形真的跑久就會習
慣嗎?有沒有前輩是已經長期空腹跑了很久,身體有沒有甚麼異
狀呢? 謝謝~
