突然會有幾天不想吃東西 - 健身

我不是瘦子,讀研究所之後體重就開始直線上升,
現在已經到體脂機的標準體重 60kg
好吧,我的重點是,我平常胃口很好,
一天照三餐吃飯,中間還會加個小零嘴之類的。
但是會到假日的時候不太想進食。
我思考了一下;
原因一: 我不餓
原因二: 我有準備一些小餅乾,邊工作邊吃點。
算了一下一天進食卡洛里居然只有300 大卡
(包括飲料)
原因三: 因為也想瘦一點,沒有餓就也懶得吃
請問,有人也會這樣(暫時)不想吃東西嗎?
沒有吃到基礎代謝會不會怎麼樣?
(這種情況大概維持一兩天,之後又開始正常吃)
