自己目前170/57
曾經練到170/62過
但是因為支出太多而中止
請問要增肌的話
有什麼方式是最實惠的呢?
(健身月支出控制在2000以下)
只看過學長狂吃煮熟的蛋白
那是最經濟的方式嗎?
個人不太喜歡的原因是因為蛋黃都會浪費
(個人非常愛惜食物,都會盡量吃乾淨)
