第一次雞胸肉水煮不柴分享 - 健身

我買全聯兩片89塊的冷藏雞胸肉
只煮一片
我是先把雞胸肉切成一口大小
然後裝進杯子 水沖一下洗掉血絲
然後水倒出
加入米酒我加兩瓶蓋
然後再到入些許黑胡椒粉
先浸泡3分鐘
然後加入太白粉些許
然後我就捏泥巴捏捏捏
然後先熱平底鍋 熱鍋後 油倒進去
然後雞胸肉也丟進去平底鍋~~~一直都用大火
然後煎換面 別讓他烤焦 然後約翻個兩次後 倒入些許水
然後再倒入切好的青菜翻動 水沒了就加些許 等菜好了 就都起鍋
