如題
有兩個問題
第一個問題是看很多文章都建議每組動作都是練到力竭,然後3~4組
像二頭彎舉,我第一組不計次數一直做到徹底力竭
休息30~90秒,接著做第二組時整個沒力
硬撐3~5下就無力
這種狀況應該怎麼調整?還是說這樣第二組就算力竭了,休息一下等做第三組?
或者應該降低重量?間隔久一點?先練其他動作?
間隔久一點的話多久適當呢
問題2:
假如原本某動作預計練四組
但是第三組、第四組因為無力做不下去
這時候選擇休息了大約半小時到一小時等肌力恢復
再把剩下欠的兩組再做一遍到力竭為止
那這樣跟連續做四組力竭組的效果有差嗎?
